employs qualified Native English Speakers with TEFL,
TESOL, RSA, CELTA, or equivalent teaching diploma or
Bachelor Degree, and/or post graduate qualifications.
We provide English language teachers and academic
development support to various prestigiousschools and
corporate organizations in Thailand .

Teachers will also have the opportunity to work in the centres in Bangkok and
up-country. The centres cater for school and university students, and also office and business
personnel in order to develop high levels of English language proficiency.

When you first start at you will be given
an orientation and training session to help you

Language Training. During your probationary
period we will work closely with you in any

From time to time we ask that our teachers participate in professional improvement sessions. This may be to learn about new teaching resources
or techniques or simply to become familiar with
new or ongoing policies at . Whenever possible we will offer training sessions on a variety of topics. These sessions will help us all remain current and professional in the continuous pursuit of excellence
in teaching.

On a regular basis we ask our teachers to work together to share ideas, develop materials and
teach together. This is a way to make your life
easier in the classroom. We can all learn from
each other through our ideas and teaching
practices.

Classroom observation and collaboration are
part of our approach to helping our teachers on
an ongoing basis. These observations which
lead to assessment are not a threat to our teachers but rather an opportunity for collaboration. We do not dismiss teachers when they have areas in which they can improve, we help them. It is a two way process;
we do not dictate, we discuss. Dedicated, professional teachers are always interested in discovering ways to improve. We take that notion
to heart and work together with our teachers as colleagues.

 













 



 


We give our teachers the opportunity to work with at our language centres and also our clients in both prestigious schools and businesses. This gives teachers
a broad exposure to Thai students and culture.

We genuinely try to find positions for teachers where they will be happy. We do not expect our teachers to take on assignments
that they are uncomfortable doing. We ask you “up front” where
and how you are willing to work.

There are also special events that our teachers can take part in
such as English Camps which can be a lot  of  fun.

of today and tomorrow. Thai students expect to learn English in a manner that will enable them
to effectively use the language in their lives, be it in academic, professional or practical everyday
situations.

As in any service organisation, we expect our teachers to give their best performance, demonstrating ability as well as creativity in
the classroom. Do not forget that the staff will support
you along the way, so, in effect, we will help you to meet our expectation.

Besides good performance, expects its teachers to demonstrate a commitment to their students. By providing
quality English language tuition to Thai students, we are
doing them a great service for their future. An optimal
learning environment consists of a high-quality teacher,
a facility conducive to learning and last, but not least,
stability in this environment. Too often, Thai students
have to bear the brunt of teachers coming and going,
which breaks the stability of the learning environment
and has a negative effect on their education.


The least asks of its teachers is to make a one year commitment to working with us.
Consider that in the duration of a year, you will have made many friends, among your colleagues
as well as students, and will have gained valuable personal and professional experience.

We all make mistakes in our personal and professional lives. That is why at we take
a positive and helping approach to professional improvement. We believe in helping each other
through constructive and positive discussion.

If there is an area where a teacher particularly needs to
improve we will help that teacher create a professional improvement plan. This plan identifies the area that
needs improvement and clearly states the steps that can
be taken, by when, in order to achieve this improvement.

By this, we mean that we are happy and willing to work
with our teachers to everyone's benefit. Rather than being authoritarian and draconian, prefers to assist teachers
in any way that we can.

That being said, and considering the fact that teachers themselves help to create their professional improvement
plan, a consistent failure to meet the terms of the plan can
only be seen as a lack of willingness on the part of the
teacher to resolve the necessary issues. At that point further steps may be required.

It needs to be said that this kind of progressive approach to management is not the norm in the Kingdom of Thailand . prides itself on being a forward thinking and leading
edge institution. With this in mind, we invite and welcome
any feedback from all staff and teachers with regards
